I think she's the composer of "For Those Tears I Died".

I'm a guy but I personally enjoy listening to artists such as Indigo Girls, Melissa Etheridge and what have you but my personal favourite of the Lesbian songwriters is Catie Curtis. She wrote a very touching song for her partner, it's called 'Elizabeth' and is on the album 'My Shirt Looks Good On You'. She's one to watch out for.
