Dottie Rambo 1934-May 12 2008. Dottie went home to her Jesus as a result of a crash when her tour bus left the highway in bad weather in Missorri.
I saw her in concert several times in 1975. And this 11 year old was smitten. I even insisted on wearing a flower in my hair just like her. LOL She was this beautiful southern bell. Such a classy lady with a wonderful voice. Her stage presence and love for God upstaged both her husband and daughter.
I loved music and wanted to learn to play a guitar so bad. Then here was this lady with her yellow electric guitar! Her rendition of 'If that Isn't Love' became my anthem for many years.
