What does it mean to you to be Faithful? What things has the Lord done in your life that has shown you His Faithfullness? What things has He revealed to you out of His Word that makes you sure He is Faithful? How do you show Him that you are Faithful? How have you been Faithful in the Body, in the Church, in your Family? Why does He require us to be Faithful to Him and to others? What is the benefit of Living a Faithful Life? Why does He bring Home the message of Faithfullness so many times across the Scriptures?
Is it possible to be a Faithful Servant and not Love? Or are these two things the same?

I was listening to some Preaching and Teaching about Joseph a few days ago!!! Joseph has been on my mind and coming up frequently on different programs!

He is a type of Jesus, in the Scriptures!!! I keep thinking, what it is he must have felt to be thrown away by his Family and yet he never stopped looking to God and Believing in Him and no matter what was happening to him, he never failed to do the right thing. I'm not saying he was without fault or sin, we all have that, but he had something (GOD) working in his character or personality that would not let him fail the Lord in doing right! He recognized that God used what his Family intended for evil, to bring about something Good! Not only something Good, but something Wonderful!!! It was God literally using the evil that came upon him to shape him like a sculptor, to be a finished work, capable of handling the responsibility that the Lord was about to give him. He sat in Prison 13 years and yet he never lost hope! He never stopped Believing that God was his God and stood beside him no matter where he found himself.

I know a lot of people don't want to believe that Gods hand is the cause of bad things that happen to us, but in His Wisdom He moves us to Egypt or Prison or wherever He chooses to set us apart for that finishing work that will bring us to Perfection and will perform His Will in our Lives and those around us!

I am sure even though he (Joseph) kept Faith with the Lord and knew God's Faithfullness, I can't help thinking he spent many nights in slavery and seperated from the father that Loved him, and his Family, weeping for the things and people that were torn out of his Life and out of his Heart!

I try to sit in the Prison with him trying to feel what he must have felt being punished, when he knew he did right and was keeping up the Standard for God. I realize that a day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as a day to the Lord! No matter how long that answer is in coming to Prayer, it is on it's way and is "ALWAYS" on time!!! We can take comfort in the story of Joseph, because through it we see God will "NEVER" leave us or forsake us and in due time will lift up our head again and will Bless and complete us as He will for His Glory and not ours!!!

By Josephs Faithfullness, many souls were Saved through the Power that he exercised by remaining Faithful to the Lord even after his brothers sinned so terribly against him.

Sometimes the Church can treat us like that, but the Lord would have us to remain Faithful no matter how Sisters and Brothers sometimes sin against us! Sometimes it can even be spouses or mothers and fathers that do us wrong, it might even be our own children, but we have to remain steadfast no matter the outward circumstances!
