I noticed that there aren't any posting for spiritual partners, so I'm giving it a shot. Here's my dilemma. I need some help. Mainly encouragement on a day to day basis. Yes, I am desperate now. I go back and forth. back and ...forth. I feel alone. My parnter is christian but I don't get much from her because she is dealing with her own issues. I feel i cant be strong for her because I need someone to be strong for and with me. I need someone to talk to about things that go on in my life and maybe get some spiritual directions. I forget alot that it's not my life but Christ's. I prefer someone near my age (32) who can probably relate. Hopefully, it can be a lasting friendship. And hopefully, I one day can be that helping friend to them and someone else. So what do ya say? Anyone want to be my spiritual encourager, teacher, friend? Thanks you guys, you are all great!

Sorry you're having a rough time. You're in a great place for encouragement, honest discussion, and goofiness as well. I can't guarantee being an everyday help, but I (and I would guess many others on this site) would be happy to get to know you more and to encourage you as we can. Feel free to share more with us. How long have you been a Christian? Always known you were gay? Your profile said you like to be goofy. Care to give some examples? (Don't worry about seeming TOO goofy. If you've read some of the threads, esp. about goat whispering, I suspect you will realize you have good company here.) Anyways, welcome, keep posting, you are among friends.
